Dr. Fadhil Hussein Ghayb Al Rubaye is a highly respected Consultant in Paediatric Cardiology at Canadian Specialist Hospital Dubai (CSH). With over 26 years of clinical experience, he is recognized for his expertise in diagnosing and managing congenital and acquired heart diseases in children, adolescents, and adults with congenital heart defects. A graduate of Baghdad Medical College, Dr. Al Rubaye completed his residency at Ibn Al-Bitar Cardiac Centre in Iraq, followed by a Fellowship in General Paediatrics and a Board-Certified Fellowship in Paediatric Cardiology. He also holds a Diploma in Paediatric Cardiology from Madrid, Spain. He formerly served as the Head of the Paediatric Cardiology Unit at Dubai Hospital Cardiac Centre (2014–2019) and has trained future doctors as a Clinical Adjunct Assistant Professor at Dubai Medical College and Mohammed Bin Rashid University.
