Dr. Feras Mahmoud is a highly skilled and experienced gastroenterologist based in Dubai. He completed his MD from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in Iran in 2009 and his residency in gastroenterology at Damascus Hospital in Syria in 2016. He has performed over 3000 endoscopic procedures and specializes in ERCP, obesity treatment with balloon insertion, and argon plasma for GI bleeding. His areas of expertise include luminal gastroenterology, inflammatory bowel diseases, hepatology, advanced endoscopic procedures, upper endoscopy, lower colonoscopy, liver biopsy, sonography, gastric variceal sclerotherapy, and variceal ligation.
