With over 40 years of international surgical experience, he brings unparalleled expertise to the management of complex upper limb conditions. Currently an Emeritus Professor at Ain Shams University, Dr. Elmahy continues to impact the field through frequent academic contributions, surgical training, and clinical practice across the Middle East and Europe. His areas of expertise include hand and upper limb surgery, complex trauma, congenital deformities, obstetric brachial plexus palsy, arthroscopic surgery of the wrist and elbow, nerve compression syndromes, tendon transfers, and reconstructive microsurgery.
