Ms. Fathima Nazrin is an ABA Therapist whose path into behaviour analysis began with a Master’s in Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She has also earned the Registered Behavior Technician credential and is currently a QBA Candidate. She applies structured ABA assessments to understand each learner’s needs and uses the Picture Exchange Communication System to support functional communication. Her work includes early intervention and an elementary program, alongside behavior reduction strategies and training for learning support assistants. Ms. Nazrin sees clients at Al Tadawi Specialty Hospital, where she offers sessions in Hindi, Malayalam and English. Families appreciate her calm, methodical approach and the clear goals she sets for every child.
