Over twelve years, she has built hands-on skills that include orthopedic manual therapy, dry needling, spinal manipulation and mobilization, and kinesio taping, along with Mulligan and McKenzie techniques, shock wave therapy and lymphedema management. Her training began with a Bachelor degree of physical therapy medicine from Cairo University, followed by orthopedic manual therapy practitioner certification from Sheffield University and further master classes and courses.
