Mr. Karim Ali has spent eighteen years practicing applied behaviour analysis, a depth of time that shows in how he reads each child's patterns and pace. As an ABA Therapist at Al Tadawi Specialty Hospital, he designs and adjusts behavioural programmes for young people facing autism, Down syndrome, ADHD and learning difficulties, tracking progress through careful observation rather than assumption. His training began with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Zagazeg University, followed by applied behaviour analysis study at the Dubai Autism Center and the National Academy, and registered behaviour technician coursework at the Doris Duan Young Center for Autism. Workshops on speech, communication and assistive technology, including a 2010 seminar with Adam Wing, shaped his practical approach to self-regulation, work skills and social growth. Families who speak English or Arabic can discuss their child's needs with him directly, without a translator in the room.
