At Clemenceau Medical Center Dubai, Dr. Mahmoud Abu Dakka serves as a Consultant Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgeon. His work sits within surgical oncology, but his focus stays firmly on the breast and on helping patients through diagnosis, treatment and recovery. He trained in medicine and surgery at Cairo University's Faculty of Medicine, then earned the Intercollegiate MRCS and FRCS, placing him on the UK GMC specialist registry. A travelling fellowship took him to Cambridge, the Royal Marsden and Memorial Sloan Kettering for oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery. Over five years he has built expertise in therapeutic mammoplasty, implant and flap reconstruction, standard breast cancer operations, nipple reconstruction, cosmetic and benign breast surgery, lipomodelling and gynaecomastia. He also offers second opinions and rapid access assessment. Consultations are available in Arabic and English.
