Doctor Bio
Neurosurgery is a field where precision and judgment matter every day, and Dr. Prof. Dr. Nicolai El Hindy has built his practice around both. Patients come to him for conditions affecting the brain and spine, including spinal stenosis, cervical myelopathy, spine tumors, fractures, and complex adult spinal deformity. He also treats brain trauma, tumors, and vascular disorders. Over 15 years in neurosurgery, he has developed particular expertise in robotic-assisted spine surgery, having performed more than 1,200 such procedures, along with single-position and endoscopic techniques. Motion-preserving cervical and lumbar disc arthroplasty, minimally invasive approaches, and revision spine surgery round out his surgical focus. He earned his medical degree from the University of Ulm in Germany in 2005, followed by a doctorate in 2007 and German Board Certification in Neurosurgery in 2011. Appointed Professor of Neurosurgery in 2021, he currently serves as a Consultant Neurosurgeon at Clemenceau Medical Center Dubai.
